Upon full payment, the Client receives a exclusive license to:

  • record vocals over the beat
  • distribute the song on streaming platforms
  • use the song for promotional purposes

Credits should appear on streaming platforms whenever possible.

6. Revisions & Recalls

The Client is entitled to two (2) recall revisions after the final mix and/or master has been delivered.

A recall refers to adjustments requested after delivery of the completed project. Additional recalls may be requested and will be subject to an additional service fee.

7. Delivery

Final files will be delivered digitally in standard audio formats such as WAV or MP3, including the track stems when applicable.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of the service, payments are generally non-refundable once production has started.

9. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable advance payment of $200 (two hundred U.S. dollars) before the production process begins.

This payment secures the project slot and covers the initial stages of the production process, including composition, arrangement, and development of the instrumental.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any remaining balance must be paid before the final files are delivered.

All payments are considered final and non-refundable once production work has started due to the creative and custom nature of the service.
